One verified contact: either an email address or a mobile number. The price, the record count, and every row in the CSV are based on that contact.
A lead is one person, not a filing and not a company. Each person has their own contact. If the same company has a CEO and a CFO, and both have verified contacts, that is two leads.
Yes. We sell direct contacts for business owners and other decision-makers.
Verified means the contact passed a deliverability check. Emails are validated with Enrichley and ZeroBounce, so the address can receive mail. Mobile numbers are checked to confirm they are mobile numbers that can receive texts.
We also screen mobile numbers against public TCPA litigator lists. Those lists are not complete, and the screen does not remove every calling risk. How you call, text, or email remains your responsibility. See our Terms.
No. UCC filings are public records, so other companies can sell contacts for the same businesses. We still limit how often the same records are sold, so a list is not sent out too many times in a short period.
Check out with an account. We store your past orders and automatically leave out contacts you have already bought.
We collect the UCC filings ourselves. AI classifies them by secured party and collateral. We then use AI research to find the company website, the owners, and their email addresses and phone numbers. We only keep contacts that pass verification.
We keep a list of lenders known to offer merchant cash advances and match filings by secured party. When the secured party is hidden, which is common on UCC filings, we use the collateral text as an MCA signal, for example “purchase of future receivables.” That usually covers about 10–15% of all UCC filings.

You choose the filing dates at checkout, such as the last 90 days, year to date, or back through 2025. The catalog includes both recent and older filings. The dates you select are the ones you receive.
We add new filings throughout the month. How up to date the data is still varies by state. The counts on the site show what is available now.
After you pay, we email you a download link to a CSV of your leads. The file is not on the payment screen.

No. Each order is either email or mobile, not both. To get both, place two orders with the same filters, one for each, and match the files yourself.

Email is $0.10 per contact. Mobile is $0.30 per contact. The total is the number of records times that rate. You can enter a promo code at checkout.
The CSV is not on the payment screen. We email a download link to the address you used at checkout. Check spam and promotions first. If it still does not arrive, email hello@uccdata.ai with that address and the approximate time of the order.
Email hello@uccdata.ai with the row IDs from your CSV. We review the report, and that review decides the outcome. If we agree the email or mobile was invalid when we delivered it, and not simply unused or disconnected later, we will, at our discretion, replace that record or refund what you paid for that record.
No. Self-serve is already limited to MCA-related filings. Extra filters would make the list even smaller. Download the CSV and filter it yourself, for example by industry.
Self-serve covers MCA filings only. For a large custom dataset, such as UCC filings with equipment liens, email hello@uccdata.ai.
Yes. UCC filings are public records. We sell verified business contacts for sales outreach. This is not a credit report, and it must not be used to approve loans, insurance, or jobs. How you call, text, or email still has to follow the law, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM, and our Terms.
No. The CSV is licensed for your own sales, marketing, and analytics. You may not resell it, publish it as a data product, or pass it to another company, except a vendor working only for you under a confidentiality agreement. See our Terms.
