Version 1.1.4 · Effective 2026-09-27

UCCdata.ai (“UCCdata,” “we,” “us”) is operated from Wilmington, Delaware. This notice says what personal information we handle. It adds no warranty and does not raise our liability above the Terms of Use. If this notice and the Terms conflict, the Terms control.

1. If you are a customer

This section is about you when you order, request a sample, or email us. It is not about a person who appears only in a dataset we sell.

An order. We take the email and the other details you submit at checkout. We may keep an account so we can deliver the file and see what we have already exported to you. A third-party processor takes payment. We do not store full card numbers.

A sample request. We take the name, work email, and company you submit. A sample request does not create an account and is not an order. We have no duty to send a sample. The Terms describe that.

Email you send us. If you write to hello@uccdata.ai, we keep the message and the address it came from.

The site. We use cookies or similar storage to run the site and remember your choices.

Analytics. We use Amplitude in the United States to measure page visits, dataset selections, sample requests, sign-in, checkout, downloads, and completed purchases. Events include selected states, date ranges, contact channel, quantities, prices, campaign labels, referring domains, and landing pages. Amplitude receives your IP address to estimate your country, region, and city, and your browser's user agent to describe your browser and device. We also collect operating system, device category, language, time zone, and screen and viewport dimensions. Browser storage remembers your first recorded source and the source of your current visit and helps distinguish new and returning visitors. We use a random browser identifier, a hashed account identifier, and sample request reference IDs to connect activity and requests. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, sample form content, promo code text, or full page URLs in analytics events. Automatic interaction capture and session replay are disabled. Analytics starts automatically when you visit the site. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change this analytics behavior.

We use this information to answer you, review a sample request, take payment, deliver a file, keep export history, prevent fraud, and run the site. We do not license your order, sample, or email details as a contact in the datasets we sell.

Email from us. When you place an order, submit a sample request, or email us, you agree that we may email you about UCCdata, including product news and offers. That agreement is in the Terms. It covers email only. It is not consent to a call or a text. A marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe, we stop marketing email to that address. Email about an order you placed, including a download link, may still be sent. A message that asks us to unsubscribe you, or to remove a record from a dataset, is not a request to join the list. We do not promise that a message will reach your inbox. You are responsible for the address you give us.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete customer information we hold about you, at hello@uccdata.ai. We may refuse or narrow a request where the law allows, and we may keep what we need for delivery records, accounting, fraud, and disputes. If we delete the export history on an account, a later order has no history to deduplicate against. The Terms describe that limit.

2. If you are in a dataset

We compile business contact details from public business filings, including UCC filings, and from our own research. We license those contacts to customers for their own internal use. A dataset is not a consumer report. We do not claim that you consented to be called, texted, or emailed by a customer.

You may ask to be left out of future files. How that request works, and what it does not do, is in the Data Processing Addendum. We review the request. If we accept it, we suppress the contact we match from future datasets. We do not promise how long that takes. We do not recall a file already delivered. We cannot remove a filing from a state’s public index.

3. Who else sees it

For customer information, we use vendors to take payment, host the site, and send email. They act for us on that work. We may also share information with professional advisers or authorities when the law requires it.

For a dataset, a customer who licenses a file receives the contacts in that file. What they may do with it is set by the Terms, not by this notice.

We choose our vendors and we may change them. This notice does not give you a right to approve them or to audit us.

4. How long we keep it

We keep customer information for as long as we need it for the uses in section 1, including a sample request that never became an account, and including an email thread. We keep a dataset contact while it remains in the product. Suppression stops that contact from going into future deliveries. A backup or an older copy may persist for a limited operational period. We do not promise to erase every copy at once.

5. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the site and customer information. This notice states no certification and no promise that unauthorized access cannot happen. If the law requires us to notify you of a breach of your customer information, we will. A notice is not an admission of fault.

6. Children

The site is for business customers, not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect customer information from a child under 16.

7. Changes and contact

We post updates on this page. We have no duty to notify you of a change, and no duty to keep or provide an earlier version.
